Hot dip galvanizing

Hot-dip galvanizing is an extremely effective treatment to ensure that the steel is resistant to the elements. After dipping in the zinc bath, the substructure is completely covered with a layer of approximately 3 mm of zinc.

Both the zinc bath solution and the steel are 100% recoverable and recyclable at the end of the vehicle’s life.
