Please follow one of the two procedures below to return your items:<\/p>

IN STORE :<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Contact customer service<\/span><\/strong><\/a> by email to request your return authorization (RMA number).<\/li>
  2. Once you have obtained your RMA number, proceed to the next steps:<\/li>
  3. Print and fill out the Return and Exchange Form<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0to return with your product.<\/li>
  4. Include a proof of purchase in your shipment.<\/li>
  5. Drop off your product directly at our customer counter at Areo-Fire.<\/li>
  6. Be sure to send us all the necessary information with the product to be returned.<\/li>

      If you paid for your order by credit card, the amount charged will be credited as soon as possible, except for shipping and handling fees, if applicable. You will be notified by email of the transaction. Please allow for a delay before your refund appears on your credit card statement.<\/p>

      If you have charged your order to your customer account, a credit will be issued to your account for future purchases.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a shipping error or defect and only if this Return and Exchange Policy has been strictly followed.<\/p>

      You are responsible for the return shipping. If your package does not arrive at Areo-Fire<\/strong> or if it arrives damaged in transit, Areo-Fire will not issue a refund or exchange. Be sure to ask for a tracking number for your package. We advise you not to deposit your package in a self-service drop box. Areo-Fire will not be held responsible for any loss, breakage or additional delivery delays when returning your package. No compensation will be offered in such a case.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
